Daniel Montour
Dan Montour is a Spanish and English major in his senior year. He is an active member of the American Indian Council, and carries the famous family name of Madam Catherine Montour (1680s-1750s), linguist and diplomat. An enrolled member of the Kahnawake Band of Mohawk in Quebec, and, of course, a dual citizen of the US and Canada, Dan was raised in Ohio and is the third member of his family to graduate from The Ohio State University. After teaching abroad he will take up a career in public education.
