Alcira Dueñas, a professor in the Department of History and affiliate faculty in American Indian Studies, was recently awarded a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship and the Audrey Lumsdel-Kouvel Fund Fellowship, both included in the Newberry Library Residential Fellowship 2024-2025.
